Job Description
As a Construction Advocate, you will interact with management companies, HOA's and homeowners to gain access to backyard easements and assist customers with property damage claims. You will also work with customers to file property damage claims and manage customer relationships and expectations.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
