Job Description
Construction Assistant position available at Stew Leonard's, a family-owned and operated fresh food store. This is an entry-level position where the team member will learn to complete tasks independently and grow into a valuable member of the team.

Requirements

  • Shop maintenance and assisting the Facilitator Manager with any building related tasks as necessary
  • Case cleaning and maintenance as necessary
  • Perform preventive maintenances’ on equipment ex: greasing, cleaning, changing v-belts.
  • Making repairs for equipment
  • Assisting the other disciplines of the department with their assigned work orders or PM’s
  • Working with the Facilitator Manager to maintain interior drains, floors drains
  • Basic Carpentry projects, painting
  • Operating a snowplow
