Job Description
Construction Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant responsible for managing financial transactions and reporting for a telecommunications and IP security contractor. Responsibilities include project-level reporting, subcontractor management, financial controls, and administrative duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in construction bookkeeping or construction accounting
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop/Online, Procore, Textura, Oracle)
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and time management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project managers, estimators, and leadership
MS Office suite proficiency and familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
