Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in construction bookkeeping or construction accounting
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop/Online, Procore, Textura, Oracle)
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and time management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project managers, estimators, and leadership
  • MS Office suite proficiency and familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
