Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader for the Arcadis U.S. Resilience Environment Arcadis Construction Services (ACS). The role focuses on driving business expansion within existing and new clients, as well as through new business and partnerships, maximizing revenue, and diversifying services in the U.S. Resilient Environment space. This is a high-impact position reporting to the Operations Director, directly linked to the US Environmental Sales Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant business development experience within the Environmental Remediation market
  • Demonstrated growth capability in established and large businesses
  • Deep industry connections to expand Arcadis' service offerings.
