This role is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and coordinating construction materials across multiple active projects while maintaining vendor relationships, cost control, and project timelines.
What You Will Do
Manage purchasing and procurement of construction materials for active remodeling projects, source and negotiate pricing with vendors, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

- Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, purchasing software, ERP systems, or construction management platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
