Role OverviewThe Controller will lead the accounting function for a growing construction firm, driving accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
What You Will Do
Manage month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, perform job costing, WIP reporting, and AIA billing, maintain internal controls and accounting procedures, and supervise accounting staff.

Strong background in construction accounting, advanced proficiency with Sage 300 (Timberline) and related ERP tools, knowledge of GAAP and construction industry compliance standards, and excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
Requirements
