Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Manager, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, while also working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years construction management experience on large commercial/multi-disciplined/industrial, utility, solar, or wind energy projects
  • Solid understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in project coordination and administrative support, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling project documentation, contracts, and other project-related information
  • Ability to analyze and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and quality control
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues and propose solutions
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
