Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Manager, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, while also working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years construction management experience on large commercial/multi-disciplined/industrial, utility, solar, or wind energy projects
Solid understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices
Proficiency in project coordination and administrative support, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling project documentation, contracts, and other project-related information
Ability to analyze and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and quality control
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues and propose solutions
Collaboration and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
