Job Description
HDR is seeking a Construction Delivery Program Manager to lead the statewide delivery of the Turnpike Construction & Materials Program. The role will oversee integration of construction, maintenance, and asset management to ensure operational alignment and consistent execution across Florida's Turnpike Enterprise.

Requirements

  • Lead statewide delivery of the Turnpike Construction & Materials Program
  • Supervise and mentor the Deputy Construction Program Manager, District C&M Engineers, and corridor leadership teams
  • Establish enterprise-level construction priorities, budget strategies, and performance metrics
  • Oversee integration of construction, maintenance, and asset management
  • Direct strategic initiatives for innovation, process improvement, and digital transformation
  • Conduct quarterly leadership reviews and present program performance results
