Job Description
Manage job site with GC and subcontractor regarding schedule, safety and quality. Control documents, check site with blueprints, and generate documents to coordinate with G/C and Client. Understand and apply OSHA Standards on-site and review monthly progress payment documents submitted by contractors.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Korean) speaking
  • Three-year or more experience in the architectural/construction profession
  • Proficient with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of applicable project management and document tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
