Job Description
The Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Construction Field Engineer II provides technical engineering information to company supervision and crafts to ensure construction work associated with E&I aspects of a project comply with all engineering standards, codes, and specifications. Responsibilities include management of technical disciplines and ensuring technical quality and conformance to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in heavy construction engineering required with a focus on Electrical and Instrumentation scopes of work
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT is preferred
  • Advance Workface Planning (AWP) experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint
