This role is responsible for managing the estimating process from initial plan review through bid submission, with a focus on drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and commercial flooring.

Requirements
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior construction trades.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience performing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
- Proficiency with construction estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar platforms is preferred.
