Job Description
The Construction Estimator will provide Estimating Review Services across multiple Port Authority of New York and New Jersey facilities and business units, including but not limited to Tunnels, Bridges and Terminals; Ports; Aviation; PATH; and the World Trade Center (WTC).

Requirements

  • Review and validate construction estimates across all disciplines for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the project scope.
  • Develop detailed unit price and/or lump sum estimates based on labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, schedulers, project managers, and financial analysts.
  • Support change order reviews and project cost evaluations across building, civil, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Maintain and update estimation documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.
