Role OverviewThe Construction Estimator will be responsible for identifying relevant construction projects, performing quantity takeoffs, preparing and submitting bids, handling RFIs and submittals, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors. This is a lean, hands-on team that values initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Requirements
- 3+ years of US construction estimating experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
- Strong understanding of US construction estimating practices
- Experience performing quantity takeoffs and bid preparation
- Proficiency with takeoff and estimating software; PlanHub experience is a strong plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Familiarity with general construction and commercial projects
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Strong initiative and self-starter mentality
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to work independently without requiring constant direction or supervision
- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines and responsibilities
