Role OverviewThe Construction Field Services Director provides leadership, strategy, and operational direction for HDR's Construction Field Services program across all market sectors and geographies. This role is responsible for scaling and operationalizing a global CFS program, driving consistent delivery, profitable growth, and technical excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in various aspects of construction planning and management
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.
- Strong people skills and the ability to interact with the Owner, Engineer, Contractor and other project stakeholders
