Role OverviewCoordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors, working closely with construction managers, estimators, and internal departments to ensure jobs are completed on time. This position requires leadership and training of junior crew members, with varied hours and travel requirements.
What You Will Do
Monitor schedules, ensure safe work practices, brief crew members on daily tasks, track rental equipment and labor costs, and verify accuracy and compliance of tasks in progress.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 3-5 years construction experience running crews and sub-contractors
- 40hr OSHA training
- Equipment operation experience with operating Skid-Steer loaders, Min-x excavators and Rubber tire backhoes
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs
- Ability to work outside during all types of weather
