Role OverviewChampion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Production Work-General Construction to join their team in the Leesville, LA region. The successful candidate will work on construction projects in an assigned department, performing manual labor and keeping the area neat and clean.
What You Will Do
The Production Work-General Construction will perform manual labor in the area to which assigned, keeps area neat and clean, and performs all duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Less than high school education
- Up to one-month related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to read a tape measurer accurately
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
