Job Description
We are seeking a General Superintendent to lead our self-perform interior trade teams and ensure that commercial interior projects are delivered safely and successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in commercial interiors, and knowledge of safety requirements, schedules, and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Act as the Business Unit production and productivity lead
  • Manage all on-site superintendents
  • Oversee staffing and workforce planning
  • Manage the effective dispatch of manpower, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain knowledge of schedule and performance for all active and pending projects
