What You Will Do
This role will be responsible for establishing relationships within the practice teams of key brokers and educating associates on underwriting guidelines to ensure understanding of proper risk selection.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Commercial Property and casualty industry (preferred)
- general knowledge of Cincinnati product offerings
- working knowledge of the construction industry as it relates to the Property and Casualty industry
- experience in setting and meeting objectives combined with the ability to persuade and influence others
