Role OverviewLead a team of installation crews responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing bath and shower systems. Supervise production operations, handle installation situations, and conduct site visits to meet with customers.

Manage installation revenue, provide leadership and training, drive a safety-minded culture, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project invoicing and payment collection.
