Role OverviewThe primary purpose of this position is to clean and prepare construction job sites for the erection of structures and buildings. The incumbent should have the ability and flexibility to work different shifts and long hours (8-12 hours).
What You Will Do
Stacks lumber or wood products, dismantles wood forms, removes concrete rubble, spreads dirt, sand, and other materials, removes paint and other finishes, inspects and organizes materials and tools, and performs other duties to facilitate the setting of forms, reinforcing steel, and/or pouring and finishing of concrete.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A minimum of one year or more of experience in the construction industry, as well as a basic understanding of construction principles and procedures is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
