Role OverviewAssist with site maintenance, cleanliness, and safety, including debris removal, general upkeep, and supporting other trades as needed. Reporting directly to the Labor Foreman or Project Manager.
What You Will Do
Load and unload materials, clean and prepare construction sites, maintain a clean and organized job site, use equipment to load and unload construction supplies, follow instructions from blueprints or site supervisors, and operate a range of tools and equipment.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
