Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in construction is a plus but not required—your attitude and work ethic matter most
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check
• Commitment to following all safety requirements, procedures, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed—your health and safety come first
• Flexibility to travel, work nights, weekends, and outside of your local area when the job requires it
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools is helpful; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform manual tasks in all weather and working conditions
