The Construction Lead will lead and work alongside a construction crew, perform hands-on work, read and interpret construction drawings, assist with installation of piping and related components, operate equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance on every job site.

Requirements
- Experience in commercial construction (concrete, forms, equipment operation, or similar)
- Ability to read construction drawings and basic schematics
- Strong hands-on work ethic and willingness to lead by example
- Ability to travel Monday–Friday with overnight stays
- Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
