Role OverviewJoin our growing Construction Litigation Group in Manhattan, where you will represent clients in complex matters involving construction disputes, NYS Labor Law defense, and construction defect/property damage claims. We are seeking both junior and senior associates with diverse backgrounds to strengthen our team.
What You Will Do
Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts. Advise clients on construction litigation strategy, risk management, and insurance coverage issues. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the New York Bar required; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
- 2+ years of litigation experience (junior and senior candidates considered), with emphasis on construction/NYS Labor Law defense and property damage claims.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
- Demonstrated professional judgment, problem‐solving ability, and decision‐making skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high‐quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate professionally with clients.
