Role Overview

This project is located at the City of Commerce, CA and requires mobilizing to the site for project duration. Union or Union management experience is strongly preferred. High Voltage Transmission and Substation experience is strongly preferred. Responsible for coordination of the construction on the project.

What You Will Do

Manages and coordinates all on-site subcontractor activities for compliance with the CPM schedule and monitors and enforces compliance with subcontract requirements; Implements the Project Construction Execution Plan. Supervises and mentors all superintendents; monitors their activities and provides leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant field experience.
  • 14+ years construction supervisory experience required, with at least 3 years of previous construction manager experience.
