Role OverviewManage clean energy projects from the site field office in Rockford, IL, concentrating on field coordination and production, safety, and quality compliance. Must be capable of up to 75% travel. LOCATION: You can live in any city or state in the United States.
What You Will Do
Safety planning for all field operations and activities, personnel management, identifying resources needed, managing and updating the work schedule, contributing to monthly cost to complete projects, and coordinating all equipment acquisitions.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 30 Hour
- 5 years of field superintendent/management experience in the solar and/or wind markets
- Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status
