Construction Manager / Inspector

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management on large projects for new construction, mechanical systems, renovations, upgrades or new fit-outs
• Experience in the use of construction industry project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Kahua, etc.
• Ability to analyze all relevant project related information and communicate project status and issues effectively in writing and verbally
• Capability to understand and analyze drawings and specifications, interpret the terms and conditions of contracts, possess a working knowledge of CPM scheduling, exhibit strong communication skills, demonstrate intermediate computer proficiency, and showcase leadership abilities
