Job Description
Lead Construction Manager for a major renewable energy infrastructure project with a 12-month contract. Hands-on, on-site leadership role requiring 15+ years of construction management experience in utility-scale projects.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive construction management experience, with a proven track record in utility-scale energy projects (solar, wind, power generation, or transmission/substation).
  • Demonstrated experience acting as an Owner's Representative or in a similar client-side construction management role.
  • Extensive experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA), quality control/assurance, and building codes.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings, contracts, and permits.
  • Excellent skills in schedule management (Primavera P6/MS Project), budgeting, and cost control.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to be on-site daily in Juno Beach, FL, for the duration of the contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
