Job Description
Overwatch is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex data center construction projects from planning through closeout. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of construction management or general contracting experience, with a strong history of managing low voltage construction and data center projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of construction management or general contracting experience
  • 5+ years of mission-critical/data center project management experience
  • Deep knowledge of commercial construction practices, sequencing, and scheduling
  • Strong history of managing low voltage construction including data, fiber, security, and controls systems
  • Strong cost control and forecasting skills
  • Excellent organization, planning, and leadership abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to understand financial details, tie them to project outcomes, and communicate effectively
  • Comfortable leading diverse cross-functional teams and reporting to senior leadership
