As a Construction Manager/Resident Engineer, you will oversee day-to-day construction management activities and serve as the primary representative to construction contractors and the client.
What You Will Do
Coordinate RFIs, submittal responses, and progress payments. Monitor project budget and schedule. Manage contracts with Federal Aid Funding documentation and requirements. Manage inspector's daily reports and administrative documentation.

Requirements
- Construction Project Management responsibility background
- Coordinate RFIs, submittal responses, and progress payments
- Monitor project budget and schedule
- Familiar with AASHTO, FHWA, other applicable standards for work being performed
- Bridge and roadwork experience preferred
- Critical path knowledge at intermediate level preferred
- Experience managing contracts with Federal Aid Funding documentation and requirements preferred
- Manage inspector's daily reports (IDRs) documenting quantities and quality of contractor performance
- Manage administrative documentation of meeting notes and correspondence
- Proficient in materials management, tracking, and documentation
- Technical Skills Preferred: ProCore, Autodesk Forma, previously (known as Build)
- Strong leadership skills to mentor, train and inspire teams
