Job Description
The Construction Management Representative (CMR) provides on-site construction oversight and contract administration support for projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, applicable regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification (required)
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
