Job Description
The Construction Manager will oversee the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems, and will work closely with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Seven years of relevant experience
Building construction/state license
30-hour training in OSHA safety requirements
CMAA/PMI certification
