Job Description
Tract is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead the planning, design, and development of large-scale civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in managing design, engineering, and construction of commercial/industrial land development projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent engineering science
  • 8+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience
  • 4+ years of managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects
  • Proficient working knowledge of P6, MS Suite, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and other construction management softwares
