Job Description
We're seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the design, permitting, and construction of company facilities across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and/or retail construction, site work, and infrastructure challenges, with a strong project accounting background and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years construction management experience
  • Experience with commercial and/or retail construction, site work, and infrastructure challenges
  • Strong project accounting skills, including budget development and ongoing project cost monitoring
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Suite office of programs including Word, Excel, Access, and Project)
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year university
