Job Description
The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities across mission critical projects and serve as a key liaison between ownership, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and commissioning teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of construction management experience
  • Prior experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure environments
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field construction operations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Experience working in fast-paced, schedule-driven construction environments
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
