Role OverviewThe Construction Manager is responsible for managing the Construction team at the branch level, overseeing installation, servicing, and repairing structures and major components. This individual will ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures, and manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
What You Will Do
The Construction Manager will verify safe work environments, maintain a safe and organized workplace, and oversee worksites and office. They will also develop and maintain strong customer business relationships, conduct site safety audits, and review departmental costs and overhead expenses.
