Role Overview

The Construction Manager is responsible for reviewing design and managing construction projects for Senior Living facilities and properties within our organization. This position requires experience in feasibility and due diligence, ground-up and building construction, existing property conversion, building system upgrades, and renovation projects.

What You Will Do

Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources. Coordinates work of all parties working on project(s) assigned and maintains and develops relationships with all parties for the success of the project.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have multiple project experience as lead Project Manager for a developer or contractor. Experience with Green Construction, FF& E coordination, Building Controls, AHCA or Healthcare and Renovations/Additions experience to an operational facility a plus. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people in multiple locations who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year degree program
  • A degree in architecture, engineering, or a construction-related program a plus
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience working in a design and construction-related field
  • Multiple project experience as lead Project Manager for a developer or contractor
  • Experience with Green Construction, FF& E coordination, Building Controls, AHCA or Healthcare and Renovations/Additions experience to an operational facility a plus
