Role OverviewThe Construction Manager is responsible for managing a team of construction personnel who install, service, and repair structures and major components. This individual will ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures, and manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
What You Will Do
The Construction Manager will oversee and verify accurate estimating, facilitate accurate and timely invoicing, prepare monthly revenue forecasts, and manage departmental construction schedules. They will also maintain a safe and organized workplace, review department costs and overhead expenses, and conduct annual reviews of each department member.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a required background and drug screen
- Willingness to travel outside the immediate regional work area
- Bachelor's and/or technical degree or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- 10 years of experience in the petroleum industry
- Experience and knowledge of project management tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
