Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to join our team at K&A Engineering in Indiana, Kentucky or Ohio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors.
What You Will Do
Ensure full compliance in the following areas: Safety Compliance, Environmental Compliance, Scope of work compliance, work plan, progress and schedule. Perform and document EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) safety audits to ensure contractors are compliant with Duke Energy safe work practices.

Requirements
- Prior knowledge or experience in a Transmission Construction and/or Maintenance organization
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to the position (NERC, EPC, State utility regulators, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Resource/Work Management principles
- Working knowledge of workforce resourcing and contract administration
- Qualified to obtain the ability to hold a Clearance or Hot Line tag on Duke Energy's system
- Experience performing H&S safety observations
