Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Manager to join our in-house team specializing in apartment interior remodeling. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in managing renovations, remodeling, or property maintenance who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college and/or trade school preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in interior residential construction or related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites required.
  • Ability to read blueprints, use a tape measure accurately, and perform basic math calculations (including fractions and decimals).
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Ability to make informed decisions on minor issues within company policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safe work procedures in all environments.
