Role OverviewJoin our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team as a Construction Field Technician Trainee. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on active construction sites to verify that roads, buildings, and infrastructure are built correctly.
What You Will Do
Travel to construction sites, perform field testing, document test results, and communicate with project managers and field supervisors.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in construction, engineering, or field work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 85 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
