Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager in our Washington, D.C. office to manage construction materials testing services for commercial and residential land development projects.
What You Will Do
Manage construction materials testing project duties, prepare and submit bids and proposals, attend pre-bid meetings, perform on-site project inspections, meet with clients and attend site meetings.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of field or project management experience in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, or Construction Project Management, and experience managing a construction project backlog between $1-3 million.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or Geology
- Preferred 3-5 years of field or project management experience
- Engineer in Training or Registered Professional Engineer preferred
