Role Overview

The Construction Office Manager will oversee general administrative functions and activities, requiring a professional appearance, organizational skills, and ability to provide a high level of customer service. The role involves managing monthly American Institute of Architects (AIA) project billings, tracking vendor and insurance paperwork, and preparing prevailing wage documents. The Construction Office Manager will also oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, attend company meetings, and manage office personnel and tasks.

What You Will Do

Create and manage monthly AIA project billings, track and manage vendor and insurance paperwork, prepare prevailing wage documents, oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, attend company meetings, manage office personnel and tasks, execute Accounts Receivable reports and follow-up, and assist with scheduling and conducting interviews for new staff.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and 5+ years' managing experience. A state Notary License or ability to receive one within 6 months is preferred, as well as familiarity with the construction industry and experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
