Role OverviewWe are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our Construction Health & Safety Division in managing numerous occupational health clinics on construction sites in the Mountain, West and Pacific regions. This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday remotely from a home office with travel, with some evening and weekend hours as needed.
What You Will Do
Responsible for managing local and corporate client relationships, supervision and leadership of staff at multiple clinic sites, budget management, and ensuring standard operating procedures are in place.

Must have 2-4 years of practical experience in a health care environment or employee health services with management/supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience, and an EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license.
Requirements

- Working knowledge of workers compensation and occupational health and wellness
- Ability to understand, question and speak to variances associated with budgets and monthly financials
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Strong personal computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office products
