Job Description
HDR is seeking a Construction Project Architect to assist in the design and delivery of spaces and experiences that advance community well-being. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of stronger, more vibrant communities and have a lasting impact on the built environment.

Requirements

  • Represent a multidiscipline architectural engineering team during construction projects
  • Negotiate, interpret documents and be a team player
  • Conduct meetings with clients, contractors and our project representatives
  • Conduct project observations to determine the progress of the work and general compliance with contract documents
  • Coordinate and assist with providing clarification and enforcement of construction documents, including processing of contractor requests for information
  • Obtain, process, document and maintain records relevant to a project, including but not limited to claims, change proposals and change orders, request for information, correspondence, payment application, contract documents, and other related documentation
  • Demonstrate knowledge while performing QA/QC reviews
  • Perform other duties as needed
