Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong experience with RFIs, contracts, submittals, estimating
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with relevant construction software
  • Knowledge of sub-trades and ability to manage others
  • Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling and budgeting
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
