The role will involve managing a team, ensuring compliance with program procedures, and monitoring interactions with utility companies.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of close-out process, confirming provision of necessary turnover training, warranties, operations, and maintenance manuals, and tracking filing and renewal of permits.

Requirements
