Role Overview

The Construction Project Manager will lead small design and construction projects for the United States Postal Service's Facilities Repair & Alterations organization. The role requires expertise in architecture, engineering, or construction management and involves balancing technical and administrative tasks across a wide range of facility initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage design and construction projects, collaborate with vendors and USPS teams, provide technical guidance, set project deadlines, and conduct feasibility studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program
  • 3–7 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
  • Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
