Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager III to lead a major renovation project in Holmdel, NJ. This person will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate contractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and help keep the project on schedule and within scope.

Requirements

Manage onsite construction activities for contractors and subcontractors
Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality of work
Lead daily safety meetings and enforce site safety requirements
Review project documents such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules
Communicate updates with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Track risks, resolve field issues, and help prevent delays
Support project closeout, punch lists, and commissioning activities
