Job Description
LaundroLab is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the build-out of modern laundromats across multiple states, driving efficiency, accountability, and quality. The successful candidate will lead complex projects, negotiate with vendors, and develop scalable construction documentation to fuel national expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Experience with specialized systems (MEP) and managing unique permitting/code requirements
  • Familiarity with cost estimation, value engineering, and multi-site development
  • PMP or CCM certification (asset)
